Method 1

Material preparation

Main ingredient: half a chicken.

Accessories: 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 4 grams of salt, 3 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1 small piece of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tea of ​​cooking wine, 1/4 teaspoon of cooked sesame seeds.

Production steps

1. Clean half a chicken.

2. Use a cooking cup to grind the ginger and garlic and put them into a bowl.

3. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, cumin powder and salt to the bowl with minced ginger and garlic and mix well.

4. Put the chicken into a plastic bag and pour in the sauce.

5. Tie the bag tightly, turn it 360 degrees to allow the sauce to evenly coat the chicken, and marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

6. Put the marinated chicken into the electric pressure cooker, pour in the juice in the bag, and cook for 10 minutes.

7. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes.

8. Take out the meat after cooking, put on gloves and tear it off when it is warm. Finally, pour the remaining juice in the pot on the meat and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.

A tender chicken, a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a bottle cap of salt, a bottle cap of sugar, a bottle cap of cooking wine, and slices of ginger.

Production steps

1. Prepare a tender chicken and wash it

2. Spread a thin layer of salt on the chicken, stuff two slices of ginger into the chicken's stomach, and let it sit for five minutes.

3. Prepare a container, put in 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, a little salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, and a bottle cap of cooking wine, mix well

4. Apply 3 evenly to the chicken and marinate for 20 minutes

5. Put a piece of chicken fat (cooking oil is also OK) from the chicken stomach on the bottom of the rice cooker, and spread the green onion and ginger slices on the bottom of the rice cooker.

6. Put the marinated chicken into the rice cooker with ginger slices, green onions and chicken oil, and pour in the marinade as well. Pour a spoonful of salad oil on the chicken, plug in the power, press the cooking button, wait for the rice cooker to pop up, and boil after ten minutes. Take out the chicken, tear it into pieces, and eat it with your favorite dipping sauce, such as minced ginger, minced garlic, ginger juice, a few drops of light soy sauce, a little sugar and lots of sesame oil.
