How to make seafood tofu

1. Prepare the materials, wash and set aside

2. Put a small amount of water (just one layer) in the induction cooker and put the washed clams in the cold water. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes until all the clams are open.

3. When the clams have cooled slightly, remove the meat and reserve most of the stock. (Discard the soup at the bottom as it will contain fine sand) Peel the shrimps and set aside.

8. Add tofu and shrimp in turn and stir-fry until the shrimp turns pink.

9. Add chrysanthemum and stir-fry for about 2 minutes

10. Final seasoning: Add a small amount of salt (clam soup is salty) and white pepper (to enhance the flavor). Cook over high heat until some soup is collected. OK~
