How to cook garlic braised pork ribs

1. Ribs and garlic, choose purple garlic;

2. Soak the ribs in water for 3 to 4 hours in advance, changing the water 3 or 4 times in the middle to soak out the blood and impurities;

3. Wash and drain, and use kitchen paper or sterilized towel to absorb the moisture;

4. Add oyster sauce, rice wine, scallion, ginger and garlic slices, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes;

5. Peel the garlic cloves, wash and dry them;

6. Chop the green onion leaves into small pieces and set aside.

7. Heat the wok with cold oil, add the garlic cloves, and fry slowly over low heat until the surface of the garlic cloves turns golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.

8. Leave the oil in the pot, add the marinated ribs and the onions, ginger and garlic used for pickling, and stir-fry over low heat until the ribs change color;

9. Add enough boiling water to cover the ribs;

10. Add teriyaki sauce;

11. Add freshly ground pepper;

12. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat, cover the pot and simmer;

13. Simmer until the soup is thick, add the fried garlic cloves, and stir-fry over high heat until the soup thickens;

14. Turn off the heat, add chopped green onions and serve.
