1. Pan-fry a piece of tofu, rinse the surface and drain the water.

2. Cut into small cubes of uniform thickness.

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, spread the tofu evenly on the bottom of the pan, and fry one side until golden brown first.

4. Turn it over and fry the other side. Remember to fry the sides as well! When each side of the tofu is fried until golden brown, it can be served.

5. Prepare sweet and sour sauce with 2 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of vinegar, half a spoon of salt, 1 spoon of fresh radish, 1 spoon of water and 1 spoon of dry starch. Leave a little oil in the pot and pour the sweet and sour sauce into it after heating.

6. Turn to high heat, and when the sauce thickens, pour in the fried tofu cubes and mix well, so that each piece of tofu is evenly coated with the sweet and sour sauce. Turn off the heat.

7. Plate, serve and eat while hot!

8. Salt and pepper flavor: mix pepper powder + chili powder + a little salt
