How to make spicy and sour fried jelly

1.Cut the rice jelly into pieces and set aside.

2. Chop the ginger and garlic, and cut the onion into sections for later use.

3. Heat the wok, add cooking oil and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

4. Add Lao Gan Ma sauce and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.

6. Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.

7. Add chicken essence for seasoning. (Both chili sauce and soy sauce contain salt, so generally no salt is needed.)

8. Add the jelly and stir-fry for two minutes. Then add the scallion and stir-fry for two or three times. Add MSG to season and turn off the heat and serve.
