4.1 Put oil in the pot, wait until it is 60% hot, put the fish in the pot, when it is slightly yellow (turn on low heat), use a spoon to pour the hot oil on the fish.

5.2 You can use a spoon to slowly sprinkle flour

6. If you want it to be crispy and crispy, you can take the fish out and let it cool down first, then fry it again later.

7. Heat a pan and add a little oil, put in diced carrots and tomato pulp, then add half a spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of vinegar, half a spoonful of water, a little salt, stir until bubbles appear, then drizzle in a little hot oil and add chopped green onions. (The first time I fired it, the fire was too big and it broke, so I started over again)

8. Pour the prepared sweet and sour sauce on the fried fish, and the sweet and sour fish is ready.
