17. Draw a bow at the bottom and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 2 minutes.

18. Now mix the cake batter, take 1/3 of the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk batter

19. Use a rubber spatula to stir from the bottom up like cooking, then cut and stir. Do not make circles to avoid degassing.

20. Pour the egg yolk paste into the egg whites and stir evenly until the egg whites and egg yolks are completely blended.

21. Now take out the baked carnations.

22. Pour the mixed cake batter into the prepared baking pan, smooth the surface, then lift it up and shake it twice to eliminate the bubbles on the surface, then bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

23. Take it out and turn it upside down on a piece of wax paper, then turn it upside down on another piece of wax paper and peel off the wax paper.

24. I took a long phone call while the cake was baking and forgot about it. I didn’t take it out of the mold in time after it was baked. As a result, it was not smooth to remove it from the mold and it stuck a little. Later, I made a double one.
