How to make homemade tofu

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients

2. Cut the tofu into cubes about 1 cm thick and soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes.

5. Take out the soaked tofu and coat it with a layer of dry flour.

6. Lightly coat with egg batter

7. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan and heat it to 60% hot. Put the tofu wrapped in egg paste into the pan and fry it on low heat until both sides turn golden brown.

8. Fry the remaining tofu in turn

9. Leave some oil in the pan and add shredded ginger to fry until fragrant.

10. Add carrots and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until cooked.

11. Add red and green peppers

12. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and mix well

13. Add a tablespoon of soybean paste

14. Add a little sugar

15. Add the fried tofu cubes and stir gently.

16. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for about 6-8 minutes

17. Add a little chicken essence and serve.
