1. Dice the ham, tomatoes, and onions for later use. The ham can be cut into smaller pieces, I cut it larger, and the tomatoes should be cut into the smallest pieces so that they can be made into sauce.

2. Boil an appropriate amount of water, add an appropriate amount of salt, and then add the noodles. Different types of noodles require different cooking times. Cook according to the instructions for pasta. If there is no instructions, cook for about 7 minutes. Taste the surface and make sure there is no hard core in the middle.

3. Take out the noodles, rinse with water, drain, add a small amount of cooking oil, mix evenly, and set aside.

4. Add onion and ham first, stir-fry for a few times, then add tomatoes and stir-fry tomato sauce. The size of your tomatoes depends on the number of people eating. I only used half of this pot.

5. After the sauce is ready, pour the noodles into the sauce, add tomato chili sauce, black pepper powder, etc. according to your taste, remove from the pan and serve
