Ginger Spinach Recipe

1.1 Blanch the spinach in boiling water. Add a little oil and salt to the water to prevent the spinach from turning yellow during the blanching process.

2.2 Remove the spinach head, wash and cut into 5-6cm segments, chop the ginger into fine paste

3. Blanch for about 2-3 minutes, remove from the water, and set aside to cool

4. While the spinach is cooling, heat a little oil in a pan, add minced ginger and shredded red pepper, and sauté until fragrant. Set aside.

5. For the sauce, mix a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and chicken powder in appropriate amounts. Squeeze the spinach dry, put it in a small bowl, press it firmly, turn it upside down on the plate, and pour the sauce on it.

6. Spread the pre-fried ginger and red pepper on top of the spinach, sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds, and stir when eating.
