11. Pour the dark soy sauce in. If you like a darker color, add more dark soy sauce. If you like a lighter color, add less dark soy sauce.

13. Cook slowly over low heat until the soup is half gone, then add the pineapple

14. Wash and cut the red pepper into pieces and pour into the pot

15. Simmer for another 5 minutes, and cook over high heat until the sauce is reduced. Stir constantly while the sauce is reduced to prevent the pot from sticking. Cooking over high heat will make the chicken wings evenly colored.
