How to make fried soybeans with leek and white radish

1. Soak the dried soybeans in cold water overnight.

10. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt

11. Stir fry evenly with a spatula to squeeze out the water from the white radish

12. Add cooked soybeans

13. Pick and clean the chives, and cut them into inch pieces with a knife.

14. Put the leek segments into the pot and stir-fry evenly with a spatula until the leek turns green and softens, then turn off the heat.

15. Put the fried vegetables into the plate
