How to make home-cooked white fish stewed in vinegar

10. Cut the tofu into rectangular slices and put them in as well.

11. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. When the fish is tender and crispy and the soup becomes less, add water starch to make a thin starch.

12. Remove from the dish, place on a plate, and garnish with chopped green onions.
