How to make almond meringue cookies

Although you don't have to wash vegetables, cook, or wash dishes when eating out, the food in restaurants outside is not necessarily sourced from regular sources and sometimes you might eat something wrong. For the sake of your health, it is better to cook at home. Almond meringues are easy to make and you can master them with a little thought.

1. Weigh the materials.

2. Pour the egg whites and sugar into a bowl, and stir evenly with an egg whisk until the sugar melts.

3. Pour in vegetable oil and continue to stir evenly. Sift in the flour gradually and mix until it becomes a thick batter without any lumps.

4. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, then line the baking tray with greaseproof paper and use a spoon to scoop some batter onto the baking tray, leaving some space between each cookie.

5. Pour the biscuits into the baking tray and use the bottom of a spoon to shape them into a round shape. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds and almond slices on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. It would take up too much space if the biscuits were spread flat, so bake them in several trays.

Almond protein cookies are suitable for people of all ages and are nutritious. They can replenish a variety of substances needed by the human body and can also relieve the symptoms of various diseases. Life is so beautiful, and delicious food is of course indispensable.
