The deterioration of living environment and the increase of study and work pressure are slowly eroding our health, so health preservation actions are urgent. 1.1 Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, and wash several dried chilies for later use

2.2 After buying the snails from the market, you can put some cooking oil/sesame oil and water to keep them for a while, spit out the garbage and small snails, remember to cut off the tail with pliers before putting them in the pot (otherwise you can't suck them out), and rinse the snails clean

3.1 Pour the cleaned snails and stir fry for a few times

4.2 Add a little oil to the pot, add the dried chilies cut into small pieces, and add the onions and ginger to continue to fry until the spiciness comes out.

5. Pour in a large amount of wine, appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar and chicken essence

6. Cover the pot and simmer for a while. When the juice boils, open the lid.

7. Try the juice first to see if it is salty enough. If it is too bland, add some salt. Then stir-fry it a few times and try one to see if it can be sucked out. It can be served as long as you can suck it out~
