2.1 Add ginger, star anise and grass fruit to the pork belly and cook in water for 30 minutes

3.2 Wash the dried plums and soak them in clean water for 30 minutes

4.1 Cut the meat into slices about 1 cm thick

5.2 Heat the pan and oil, put in the cooked pork belly, fry the skin side until golden brown, then pour in dark soy sauce to color it.

6. Place the meat skin side down in a bowl.

7. Heat the pan and oil, sauté the minced garlic and star anise, add the preserved vegetables and sugar, stir well, add the broth and cook for 5 minutes

8. Cover the meat with the fried preserved vegetables and steam it in a steamer over high heat for 1 hour.
