Sesame spinach recipe

1. Ingredients: spinach, sesame oil, white sesame salt, soy sauce, chicken stock, vinegar

2. Wash the whole spinach, boil a pot of water, add a few drops of cooking oil, the spinach will appear tender, blanch the spinach,

3. Take out the fish as soon as it turns green, don’t let it be too cooked. Rinse with cold water until cool. Drain the spinach, cut into 10cm long sections, mix well, and place on a plate for later use.

4. Heat a dry wok, add white sesame seeds, turn to low heat and roast until fragrant. When the sesame seeds turn yellow, remove from the pan and let them cool completely.

5. Mix light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, chicken essence, vinegar and cold boiled water, pour it on the spinach, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve. If you like more crushed sesame seeds, you can crush them and mix them with vegetables, which will make the color, aroma and taste better.

6. It is emerald green in color, salty and refreshing, and has a strong sesame flavor.
