How to make five-spice duck

6. Add appropriate amount of water, put in the materials and ingredients in 4, and then put in the duck.

7. Transfer to a pressure cooker, vent the air and keep it under pressure for 5 minutes. You can also simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes (the whole duck takes longer to stew), let it cool and then cut into pieces.

8. Make a dipping sauce with chili sauce, light soy sauce, a little vinegar and sesame oil. It is very fragrant.
