How to make Korean-style mixed leeks

1.1 Prepare seasonings: dried chili powder, fish sauce, beef powder, and shrimp paste (Korean style).

2.2 Wash the fresh leeks, cut into sections, and marinate with salt for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.

3.1 Add appropriate amount of water to glutinous rice flour and simmer over low heat until it becomes a paste. Pour into a bowl of Korean dried chili noodles while hot. In this way, the raw dried chili powder is cooked.

4.2 Chop the ginger, garlic, onion and apple into fine pieces using a special grinder. Mix all together and set aside.

5. Pour in the apple juice mixture and mix thoroughly.

6. Pour the mixed chili sauce into the marinated leeks, then add some cooked sesame seeds, sugar, fish sauce and shrimp sauce (Korean flavor).

7. Mix well and serve.

8. Eat immediately or store in a water-free and oil-free container and store in the refrigerator.
