7. After boiling, keep it on high heat for 20 minutes, remove the foam on the surface, until the soup turns white, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 3 hours

8. When the pig's trotters are tender, add salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onions for decoration. You can make dipping sauce according to your taste (use soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, pepper powder, and chopped green onions to make dipping sauce)
