10. When it has doubled in size, bake in the preheated oven. 170 degrees, 30 minutes (bake until the surface turns light brown. Please adjust the temperature and time according to your oven)

11. After baking, apply a layer of melted butter on the surface to keep it moist

12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
