Try to use a whisk to lift the egg white you beat. If the egg white can stand up, it means your cream is ready.

Second, tips for making homemade fresh cream. The method is very simple, but you need patience. Try to choose a large bowl when making the cream, because when beating the egg whites, many small foams will slowly come out on the egg whites, which means that the cream will get bigger and bigger as it is beaten. The amount of cream produced will be relatively large, and you may not be able to use it all at once, so you can put the remaining cream in a well-sealed fresh-keeping box (must have a lid) or put it in a fresh-keeping bag and then tie the bag and put it in the refrigerator. You can pour out the remaining ingredients next time you use it. The whipped cream will become like egg whites. You can use a whisk to beat it for about 3 minutes and it will become the same cream as before (you don’t need to add anything else at this time).

Press the cooking button on the rice cooker to preheat for 1 minute, then take it out. When the pot is a little hot, pour a little oil into it and spread it evenly inside the pot to prevent sticking. Press the cooking button, and it will automatically jump to the keep warm setting in about 2 minutes. Cover the vent with a towel, simmer for 20 minutes, then press the cooking button again, and it will be ready after 20 minutes.
