If you use ordinary oil, you can throw a few peppercorns into the wok).

4. Throw in some dried chili segments and fry until fragrant, add some scallion segments and then pour in the bean sprouts, stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute, add salt and chicken essence, and finally add some chopped scallions and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
