How to make baby cabbage with oil at home

Method 1: Cut a baby cabbage into 6 pieces, boil water, and blanch the baby cabbage in the boiling water. When the baby cabbage is slightly cooked, you can take it out and put it on a plate (mainly to see whether the white part of the cabbage is cooked, but not too old, otherwise the taste will be bad). Chop the onion and garlic, pour about half a bowl of oil into another pot, put the chopped onion and garlic into the pot and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly. Wait until the onion and garlic are fragrant and turn yellow, add two spoons of oyster sauce and an appropriate amount of sugar to the pot, and stir for about one minute. Pour the prepared scallion oil on the baby cabbage, and the delicious oil-sprinkled baby cabbage is ready.

Method 2: Wash the baby cabbage, dig out the roots and cut it into strips vertically. Deseed and cut red pepper into strips. Chop green onion. Soak the dried shrimps and chop them into small pieces. Pour oil into the pan, add dried shrimps, chopped green onions and crushed dried shrimps when the oil is hot and stir-fry until fragrant. Add fine salt and turn off the heat. Pour in one tablespoon of very fresh soy sauce and a little aged vinegar, mix well to make a sauce. Pour the fried soup on the baby cabbage and mix well.

Method 3: Wash the baby cabbage, boil an appropriate amount of water, add a spoonful of vegetable oil, and then add the baby cabbage. (Add oil first to prevent the baby cabbage from being oxidized and to ensure its color.) 3. Add salt to the baby cabbage 1 minute after it boils, turn off the heat and let it stay in the pot for one minute. (Don't cook it for too long. In fact, the baby cabbage is basically cooked as soon as it opens the pot. The taste of the baby cabbage that is too mushy will be much worse, and a lot of nutrients will be lost.) 4. Remove the cabbage from the dish and put it on a plate. Heat oil in a wok, add dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour it on the baby cabbage on the plate. 5. Immediately pour 2 spoons of light soy sauce on top. (Because it has been drizzled with oil first, the soy sauce will be shiny and increase your appetite)
