How to fry eggplant deliciously and easily

Eggplant is a very common vegetable in people’s daily life. Almost every household in rural areas grows some eggplant, which can be picked and eaten anytime, and is fresh and convenient. There are many ways to cook eggplant. You can steam it and then eat it with some dipping sauce, stew it with potatoes, or fry it. However, if you want to make delicious and simple fried eggplant, you need to master some tips. Here I will introduce how to fry eggplant deliciously and simply.

Method 1:

The first step is to wash the eggplant and cut it into slices about half a finger thick. Then soak it in water for one minute and put it in a bowl for later use.

The second step is to find a clean bowl or small basin, put two spoonfuls of noodles (a large spoon for scooping porridge), two eggs, a small spoonful of salt, thirteen spices, MSG, chicken essence, crispy fried powder, etc.

The third step is to add flour and water to the small bowl and mix well, then put the eggplant slices in it so that both sides of the eggplant slices can be covered with batter.

Step 4. Pour oil into the small pot. There should be about 75px of oil left from the bottom of the pan. Do not put oil in half the pot, as too much will be wasted. Then turn on the fire to heat.

Step 5. After the oil is heated, gently slide the eggplant slices coated with batter from the edge of the pan into the pan. Do not throw them in hard to avoid oil splashing and burns.

Step 6. Turn the eggplant slices in the pan frequently. When one side is fried until golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side. When both sides are fried until golden brown, they are cooked. You can pick them up with chopsticks, drain the oil, and then put them on a plate. Then add new eggplant slices to the pot. Until they all exploded.

Precautions

Prepare two pairs of chopsticks, one pair for putting eggplant slices into the pot and one pair for taking them out.

Method 2:

1. Take two green eggplants and cut them into 2 cm cubes

2. Prepare a large pot, put the cut eggplant pieces in, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, pepper powder, and set aside for three to five minutes.

3. Add appropriate amount of flour and water

4. Use chopsticks to stir until it becomes as shown in the picture

5. Add oil to the pan, wait until the oil is hot, put in the eggplant mixed with flour and start frying

6. Fry until golden brown, remember to turn over

Tips

There must not be water in the pot, otherwise once the oil is heated, the egg will be ruined.

Wash the eggplant and cut it into diamond-shaped pieces. No need to peel it unless the skin is particularly thick and hard.

Put the eggplant pieces in a bowl, use your hands to apply a small amount of water and mix them until the eggplants are moist so that they can be coated with flour. Don't add too much water.
