Raw materials: 150 grams of corn cobs, 250 grams of pork ribs, 50 grams of carrots, a little ginger and red dates.

1. Peel the corn cob and cut into sections, dice carrots, chop spareribs into pieces, cut ginger, wash red dates and set aside. Blanch the ribs to remove the blood.

2. Pour clean water into the pot (the amount of water can be adjusted according to your needs, add more), add ginger slices, corn cobs, and pork ribs after the water boils, boil over high heat, then change to medium heat and cook for 40 minutes.

Pea sprouts and mushroom soup

Raw materials: bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms (the quantity depends on your own) Peel and slice the ginger.

1. Put ginger slices in water and boil. When the water is hot, add shiitake mushrooms and cover with a lid.

1. Wash the ribs, blanch them to remove the blood, put them into a boiling water pot, put in ginger and rice wine, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

2. Add the kelp knots (sometimes one or two slices of dried red pepper) and continue to cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add salt, MSG and other seasonings, and drizzle with sesame oil.
