1. Remove the internal organs of the fresh pigeon, cut off the butt, wash it, cut the green onion into sections and the ginger into slices for later use.

3.2 A few red dates and Guiyuan health-preserving bag (lotus seeds, adenophora, lentils, coix seeds, codonopsis, lily, Euryale ferox, yam, angelica, etc. These are Chinese herbal medicines that are very beneficial for women's nourishment. If you like to make soup, you should always have them on hand.) Wash all the Chinese herbal medicines and wrap them with gauze.

4. Boil the whole pigeon in cold water (blanch it), rinse it with warm water to remove the blood foam, and then transfer it to an electric stew pot. Put enough water in the stew pot to cover the pigeons, then add onions, ginger, red dates and various medicinal herbs.

5. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. When the pigeon meat is almost cooked when pierced with chopsticks, add the bamboo fungus and continue to simmer for another half an hour. Finally, add a little salt to season it. The meat and soup are very delicious after serving.
