  3. When eating crabs, you need to remove four parts: one is the gills, which are on both sides of the crab body, shaped like eyebrows and arranged in strips; the second is the stomach, which is located in the front half of the crab valley, closely connected to the crab roe, and shaped like a small triangular package; the third is the heart, which is located in the middle of the crab roe or crab oil, closely connected to the stomach, is hexagonal and difficult to identify; the fourth is the intestines, which is located in the middle of the crab navel and is in strips. These four things often contain a large amount of bacteria, viruses, and dirt and must be removed.

How to make crab and shrimp porridge

Ingredients: two crabs, 100 grams of lean meat, and appropriate amounts of ginger, onion, coriander, and winter vegetables.

1Cook the porridge in a pressure cooker. Note: When high pressure comes up, turn off the engine immediately;

2. Crack the crab shell, clean the crab body, cut it into four pieces, and use a knife to slap the crab thighs and legs sideways to crack the shell;

3 Cut the lean meat into slices or mince, and set the lean meat and the crabs made in the previous step aside;

4 Wash the ginger, onion and coriander, cut them into ginger shreds, onion pieces and coriander segments, wash the winter vegetables and set aside;

5 After removing the lid of the pressure cooker for cooking porridge, turn on the fire again, put the crabs and shredded ginger in and cook together. After ten minutes, add the lean meat and winter vegetables. Finally, put the chopped green onions and coriander into the pot, stir a few times and turn off the heat.
