5. Then pour in the vegetable leaves and enoki mushrooms, and add appropriate amount of salt. Because the mushrooms taste very fresh, and the chicken oil itself has a fragrance, there is no need to add MSG or chicken essence.

6. After the water boils, cook the enoki mushrooms for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked. Pour them into a soup bowl and add a few slices of ham. The temperature and lightness of the soup will reduce the saltiness and the ham will not be too salty. The delicious and simple enoki mushroom and cabbage soup is ready.
