How to make all-purpose bone broth

1. Blanch the pork ribs and add a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

2. Rinse the blanched bones with clean water to remove blood foam and other foreign matter.

3. Put the pork ribs into the casserole and add enough water at once.

4. Add onion and ginger.

5. After the pot boils, turn to the lowest heat and simmer for 2 hours.

6. Skim off the oil and foam during the cooking process.

7. Turn off the heat and wait for the soup to cool down slightly, then filter it through a fine mesh sieve.

8. Put the broth and meat bones separately into a fresh-keeping box.

9. After the soup has cooled thoroughly, cover it and store it in the refrigerator. You can also store it in plastic bags.
