How to make crispy kelp and pork soup

Most young people nowadays are very lazy and always use being busy as an excuse to go out to eat. 1. Prepare the materials.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 egg into a clean bowl. (The amount depends on the size of the spoon)

3. Cut the ginger, garlic slices and coriander.

4. Wash the lean pork and cut it into small pieces. Add a little salt, cooking wine, sugar, chicken essence, white pepper, shredded ginger and five-spice powder and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Add 2 spoons of water to the batter and stir until it becomes stringy. Add the pork cubes and coat evenly. (The one I made was a little thick, so remember to add a little more water when you make it)

6. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the coated pork cubes.

7. Remove from the pan when frying into golden brown and control the oil.

8. Leave some oil in the pan and add the shredded ginger and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

9. Add the fried meat and stir-fry to enhance the aroma.

10. Pour water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the kelp and meat into the pot and cook. Cover the pot and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.

11. After the pot boils, add 1 spoon of cooking wine, a little salt, chicken essence (optional), and coriander, then serve.

12. I used a little too much flour, so when you make it, remember to stir the flour into very fine threads, not too thick.
