How to make Chaoshan crispy dumplings

2. Pour in cooked rice noodles.

3. Then pour in the white sugar.

4. Add black sesame seeds.

5. Mix well with your hands.

6. Buy ready-made dumpling wrappers.

7. Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and scoop appropriate amount of filling with a spoon.

8. Use your finger or a cotton swab to apply some water to the outer circle of the dumpling wrapper.

9. Fold in half and wrap.

10. Apply a little water on the outermost circle.

11. Starting from one corner, fold it into a wavy lace and press it tightly.

12. The dough for a crispy dumpling is formed.

13. After wrapping them one by one, spread them out flat. When there are two, they can be fry.

14. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it.

15. Put the dumplings in when the temperature is 60% hot.

16. The dumplings will puff up as soon as they are put into the pot. Turn them over immediately after one side of the dumpling skin puffs up.

17. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

18. Remove from heat and drain the oil.
