How to cook duck with winter melon and barley

3.2 Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then add ginger and cooking wine. Put the washed and peeled duck into the pot and blanch it until the water boils again. Remove from the pot, rinse it, remove the foam, and drain it for later use.

5.2 Peel the winter melon and cut it into rectangular cubes, then cut it into crosses. Carve the winter melon skin into the shape of leaves for later use (simple method: just cut it into large pieces with the skin).

6. Then add the winter melon and winter melon peel and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and continue cooking for half an hour.

7. Add salt and let it cool before serving.
