5. To make fish balls, grab a handful of fish paste in the palm of your hand, gently hold it up, let the fish paste come out from the thumb and index finger to form a round ball, then put the stuffing in the middle, seal it, scrape it up with a small spoon, and put it into a pot filled with slightly boiling water.

6. To cook the fish balls, put them into the pot with slightly boiling water and cook over low heat, otherwise they will easily fall apart. Once everything is squeezed into the pot, turn on medium heat and bring to a boil. When the fish balls float to the surface, they are cooked. Add salt, vinegar, pepper and chopped green onions and start eating.
