There are many ways to eat peanuts. In many cases, peanuts can be used as a side dish for food. They go very well with rice, and the cooking method of peanuts is also relatively simple. Fried peanuts are also a common way of eating peanuts. They taste crispy and crunchy, and the method is also quite homely. There are many ways to cook fried peanuts in life. So how do you cook fried peanuts specifically?

1. Method 1

Rinse the peanuts with water to remove the ash; heat the wok, pour in the peanuts and stir-fry over low heat until the water on the surface dries up; pour in peanut oil; stir-fry over low heat; stir-fry until the peanut skin bursts, sprinkle with salt powder; continue to stir-fry over low heat, shake the wok, turn off the heat, remove from the pan when the popping sound disappears, and let cool before serving.

2. Method 2

First, fry the peanuts in the pan until crispy. Dry-fry without any oil. Fully dissolve the salt and water to make brine. After the peanuts are crispy, pour the brine into the pan so that each peanut is covered with brine. Continue to stir-fry until the brine wraps around the outside of the peanuts. The brine evaporates and the peanuts turn white. Remove from the pan.

3. Method 3

Rinse the peanuts with water, drain and set aside. Use cold oil and a cold pan, add more oil. Add peanuts and stir-fry over low heat. The color began to darken and a crackling sound was heard. When there is no frying sound, stir-fry for another 30 seconds until the color turns dark red. Drain the oil and place on a plate, sprinkle a spoonful of salt and mix, let cool and then put into a sealed glass bottle.

When you go to the supermarket or vegetable market to buy peanuts, choose peanuts that are full and of similar size, so that when frying, each peanut will be heated to a similar degree. Choose fresh peanuts, which will have the natural aroma of peanuts after being fried. There is no aroma of old peanuts. Before frying the peanuts, wash the peanuts in clean water. Just wash them, no need to soak them. Wash the peanuts and drain them. Experience tells us that washed peanuts have beautiful colors when fried.
