How to make fish soup noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients: slice ginger; clean the chopped fish: remove the fish gills and scales, scrape off the black film in the fish belly, pat a little salt, pepper and cooking wine on the fish body, marinate for about 10 minutes; wash the dried shrimp and scallops and soak them for later use

2. Heat the pan and add oil. Stir-fry some ginger slices until fragrant. Remove and discard. Put the crucian carp into the pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow and fragrant.

3. Put the fried fish into a large pot, add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, soaked dried shrimps and scallops, bring to a boil over high heat, and skim off the foam in the pot with a spoon.

4. Wash the radish, cut it into pieces and put it into the pot

5. After the pot boils again, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat when the soup is milky white and thick. Take out the fish from the pot intact (for other uses), filter the soup in the pot and pour it into a small milk pot

6. Prepare the rice noodles. If there are any sticky noodles, tear them apart. Wash and chop the green onions.

7. Bring the fish soup to a boil in a small milk pot, season with salt and pepper, and add vermicelli into the pot.

8. Bring the pot to a boil again and sprinkle with chopped green onions and 2 drops of sesame oil before serving
