Italian lasagna recipe

17. Add salt to taste, turn off the heat and add Parmesan cheese powder and stir until melted

18. Use a spoon to run the sauce across the bottom of the pot. If it closes up after 1 second, it is done.

19. Pour the meat sauce into a fresh-keeping box for later use
