How to make Xiamen Shacha noodles

When we turn on the TV and see food programs, I think everyone can’t resist the temptation. 1. Prepare noodles. Wash and slice the pork. Wash the liver and rinse it with clean water. Wash the vegetables. Remove the shrimp thread and wash them.

2. Mix the pork liver slices with cooking wine and starch.

3. Mix the meat slices with cooking wine and starch.

4. Mix the shrimps with cooking wine, salt and starch.

5. Put appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil, add some oil, ginger slices, green onion knots and cooking wine.

6. Put the meat slices in and blanch them, then take them out.

7. Put the pork liver in and blanch it until cooked, then take it out.

8. Put the shrimps in and blanch them until cooked, then remove them.

9. Take another pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, put the noodles in, cook the noodles, remove from the pot, and mix well with vegetable oil.

10. Take another pot, add broth (I used bone broth), cooking wine, ginger slices, bring to a boil, add fried tofu, and cook for 5 minutes.

11. Dissolve the peanut butter with warm water.

12. Add a little ketchup.

13. Add peanut butter.

14. Add 3 spoons of Shacha sauce

15. Add some minced garlic, salt, sugar and soy sauce.

16. Add pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

17. Put the green vegetables in and bring to a boil, add chicken stock and then turn off the heat.

18. Put the noodles in a large bowl, and top with meat slices, shrimps, pork liver, fried tofu, and vegetables.

19. Pour in the soup and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
