How to make pork and cabbage dumplings

In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make pork and cabbage buns.

1. Make the dough: Add dry yeast, baking powder and sugar to the flour and mix well.

2. Use warm water to knead the dough.

3. After kneading the dough, cover it with a wet towel and let it relax for 15 minutes.

4. Sprinkle salt on the chopped cabbage and mix well. Boil the water and set aside.

5. Add minced ginger, yellow bean paste, oyster sauce and a little Shaoxing wine to the minced meat. Pour sesame oil into the meat filling, mix well and marinate for a while.

6. Squeeze the water out of the cabbage with your hands, sprinkle with chopped green onions and pour in the marinated pork filling.

7. Sprinkle in a little MSG and scallion oil.

8. Mix the filling and set aside.

9. Roll the relaxed dough into strips, pinch it into small pieces and flatten it.

10.Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a skin.

11. Wrap the stuffing with the dough and put it into the steamed buns.

12. Pour cold water into the pot and place the steamer on it for steaming. Steam for 7-8 minutes after the water boils.

13. It does not take a long time to ferment the buns. You can make them after kneading the dough for about ten minutes. Because baking powder is added, the yeast will also ferment slowly when steamed with cold water. This method is better than self-raising flour.

This pork and cabbage steamed buns dish may seem complicated, but if you put your heart into it, you can make it right in just a few tries. In addition, if you give yourself some special care every now and then, your mood will improve and you will naturally be healthier.
