How to make Laoshan Guokui Mo

8. Use a rolling pin to press and roll the dough into a 25 cm thick pot-cake dough.

9. Adjust the fire to a mung bean-shaped flame. When the pan is heated, put the dough into the pan, poke small holes on the dough with a toothpick, cover the pan and bake.

10. After five minutes, put your hand on the pancake, rotate it and bake it again to ensure that the pancake is heated evenly. Then turn the pancake over and continue baking, covering the pan with the lid.

11. After 10 minutes, turn it over to the other side and continue baking by rotating the pancake with your hands. Repeat this process until cooked through.
