Baby Shrimp and Tofu Soup

Considering that the baby's teeth have not yet grown, when accepting complementary foods at this time, they must be light and nutritious, but they cannot eat anything casually, so the combination of food is very important. Tofu is rich in soy protein and is smooth and tender, with a very good taste. It can be eaten after steaming, but tofu is relatively light, and you can add shrimp to it to make it more nutritious.

Shrimp and Tofu Soup

Material

1 piece of tender tofu, 10 fresh shrimps, 6-8 mushrooms, 2 eggs, some chives, some salt, cooking wine, and sesame oil

1. Beat the tofu into a paste and soak the dried mushrooms.

2. Beat the eggs into the tofu paste and mix well.

3. Dice the shrimp and soaked mushrooms, and pour them into the tofu paste.

4. Add salt, cooking wine and pepper and mix thoroughly.

5. Pour the tofu paste into a bowl and steam it in a steamer over high heat for about 10 minutes.

6. After taking it out of the pan, sprinkle a little chopped green onion and a few drops of sesame oil on the surface.

Tips

You can choose soft tofu or northern tofu. Tender tofu has a delicate and smooth texture, while northern tofu is more nutritious. You can choose according to your needs.

Microwave Pickled mustard greens, shrimp and tofu soup

Material

Ingredients: 40g pickled mustard greens, 75g shrimp, 100g tofu (northern)

Seasoning: 5g garlic (white skin), 5g green onion, 5g salt, 5g pepper, 10g cornmeal (yellow), 15g salad oil, 10g soy sauce, 5g white sugar

practice

1. Wash and chop snow mustard greens; mix shrimps with minced garlic, pepper, cornstarch and salad oil and set aside.

2. Dice the tofu and place it in a deep plate with the shrimps. Pour the seasoning (10g soy sauce, 5g sugar, 20g water, 10g salad oil, mix well). Sprinkle the mustard greens on the shrimps and tofu. Add salt and 1 cup of broth. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at 80% power for 5 minutes.

3. Remove the film after taking it out, add 10g corn starch and 10g water, mix gently, cover with film, and cook at 80% power for 2 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
