How to make homemade tofu with dipping sauce

1.1 Add appropriate amount of chili oil and sesame oil according to your preference and mix well.

2.2 Take a clean small bowl and pour in one tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1/2 aged vinegar.

3.1 Marinate the tofu cubes with minced ginger, chopped green onion, cooking wine, salt and white pepper for 10 minutes.

4.2 Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick chunks.

5. Pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pan. When the oil is 50% hot, add the marinated tofu cubes and fry over low heat.

6. Fry the tofu cubes on both sides until golden brown.

7. Sprinkle with sesame salt and serve. Dip it in the prepared sauce when eating.
