How to make pumpkin soup

2. Put the wok on the heat, add chopped onion, pumpkin slices and broth, and cook until cooked.

3. Then filter the soup in the pot into another pot, put the pot back on the fire, add milk and bring to a boil, stir the butter and flour evenly, add them evenly little by little, add appropriate amount of nutmeg, salt and pepper, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl, add chopped parsley and fresh cheese foam, and let it float on the soup.

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 8 mushrooms, half an onion, salt to taste, 100ml fresh milk or cream, a few wolfberries, 10g butter.

1. Chop the onion and peel the pumpkin into small pieces for later use

2. Put some olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry until transparent.

3. Bring the water to a boil, add the pumpkin cubes and cook for 15 minutes, add the fried onions and cook for 5 minutes

4. Use a crushing stick to insert into the pot to crush (or use a crusher)

5. Add the broth, pepper and salt, cook for a while, then add the milk.[1]

1.Cook the pumpkin and sweet potato.

5. Add milk

6. Add fresh milk while cooking over low heat.

7. Add a pinch of salt

8. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes
