9. Cut the cucumber and carrot into small strips, add some salt and marinate;

10. Cut the lotus root into small strips and blanch it in boiling water with salt. When the water boils again, take it out and let it cool;

11. After the lotus root strips are completely cool, filter out the salt water from the pickled cucumbers and carrots, and pour into the pickled pepper water to marinate together with the chicken feet;

12. Add an appropriate amount of white wine, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight;

13. When ready to eat, place on a plate.
