18. When the chicken skin turns bright yellow, add an appropriate amount of beer until it reaches 2/3 of the chicken.

19. Add appropriate amount of homemade chili oil according to personal taste, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes

20. Pour the lettuce, celery and green and red pepper into the pot

21. After stirring, continue to cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
