How to make Yunnan pepper chicken

6. Blanch the cabbage in boiling water until it is cooked, then remove and soak in cold water.

7. Sprinkle cornstarch evenly on the marinated chicken

8. Deep fry in an empty fryer until the skin is crispy

9. Add fish sauce, cold boiled water, sesame oil, soy sauce, a little sugar, peppercorns, and a little rice wine to a bowl and mix well. Then chop the onion, garlic, green pepper, and dried red pepper and add them to make a sauce.

10. Drain the blanched cabbage and cut it into shreds and place it on the bottom of the plate

11. Cut the fried chicken thighs into pieces and place them on the cabbage.

12. Pour the prepared sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving.
