How to cook fish with sweet and sour sauce

8. Put half of the shredded coriander and carrot on the surface

9. Leave a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the scallions, ginger, garlic and chili peppers.

10. Add rice wine, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and a small spoonful of water, bring to a boil and taste to adjust the taste

11. Then turn off the heat and pour the sauce over the coriander and carrot shreds.

12. Finally, add the remaining coriander and carrot shreds on the surface.
