How to cook pickled mustard greens, chopped peppers and winter bamboo shoots

1. Wash and cut winter bamboo shoots into small pieces, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and drain.

2. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat, turn to medium heat when the oil is 60% hot, add the scallion slices, sauté until fragrant, then pour in the diced winter bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the chopped pepper and snow vegetable

3. After stir-frying for a few times, add salt and sugar, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, sprinkle a little chicken essence and sesame oil
