How to make black pepper steak

1. Take out the frozen steak and warm it up until it is soft. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and slice them. Wash the tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce separately, slice the small tomatoes, slice the cucumbers, and cut the lettuce into shreds.

2. Boil water in a pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, add macaroni into the pot and cook until done, remove from the pot and mix with a little olive oil for later use

3. Pour some olive oil into a pan, heat it up and put in the mushroom slices, fry over medium heat until both sides are colored, push the mushrooms to the side of the pan, put in the steak, fry each side for one minute, squeeze the black pepper sauce on the beef and mushrooms

4. Move the steak aside, add the eggs, and fry until the bottom is golden brown (turn the steak over when frying the eggs so that the sauce is evenly coated, and mix the mushrooms and sauce). After turning the eggs over, turn off the heat and use the residual heat to bake the eggs. If you like the eggs to be a little soft, you don’t need to turn them over.

5. Place steak and fried eggs on a plate, place mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber slices around them, place the cooked pasta on top and squeeze on tomato sauce.
