Cola chicken wings are a very popular home-cooked dish. The main ingredients are cola and chicken wings. It has a sweet taste and is very unique. The preparation of this dish is relatively simple. 1. Wash the chicken wings and poke some small holes in them with a toothpick. Chop ginger, garlic and shallot. Place the chicken wings on a plate and add ginger, garlic and green onions. Then add salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine. Marinate evenly with your hands for 15 minutes. Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it over low heat. Then put the marinated chicken wings into the pan and fry them. Add appropriate amount of cola and bring to a boil until the cola and chicken wings are equal. Simmer over low heat until the soup thickens.

2. Cut the raw chicken wings and marinate them with one spoon of dark soy sauce and two spoons of cooking wine for at least two hours. Put water, onion and ginger slices in the pot, add the chicken wings and bring to a boil, remove from the pot, rinse with cold water to remove the foam, and drain. On low heat, put a little oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Add a can of Coke, a large spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, and a little salt. Adding half a stick of cinnamon will make it more flavorful. When there is only a bowl of water left in the soup, taste it for saltiness. If salt is needed, add a small amount of salt. This way, you won’t make mistakes easily. Stew until the soup thickens and almost all the juice is coated on the chicken wings, with only about three spoonfuls of soup left, then serve.

3. Wash the chicken wings and cut them into pieces. Marinate them with salt and cooking wine for a while. Put the marinated chicken wings into 60% to 70% hot oil and fry them until golden brown and then remove them. Leave a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the ginger and scallion segments, add the chicken wings, add salt, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and Coca-Cola, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the flavors are absorbed, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce, and when the sauce is thick, add sesame oil and serve.
